REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Erin and Mae Co products! Due to the personal nature of our natural haircare and skincare products and health and hygiene considerations, we have the following policy:

Store Credit Policy

We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. For eligible returns, we provide store credit that can be used toward any future purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@erinandmaeco.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@erinandmaeco.com with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
