How To Use

So I really like how these work in tandem. I usually forget to apply the serum half hour before showering bc hello mom life. So I just put it in before bed, put my hair up in a bun and sleep with it in. In the morning I shower and rinse it out and then after showering, I spritz like 3-5 spritz’s of mermaid spray on my roots and strands. I feel like the serum has helped soothe my scalp and the mermaid has slowly helped with hair growth over the last 3 months.

YOU ARE KIDDING?! This combo has helped my scalp and hair a lot. The Soothing Scalp Serum isn't too heavy and I use it about twice a week to even every other day(depending on how thirsty my scalp is). The Mermaid Spray I use twice a week on my damp scalp and strands and I can tell it helos give me a little volume as well. Love this for summer time; especially being in my mid 30s, my scalp seems to have changed after children.
